Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Instant Digital Access

ApexGovtPrep PRO delivers digital educational assets (PDF formula vaults, predicted CBT papers, solution keys). Because digital access is granted immediately upon successful payment verification, standard purchases are generally non-refundable once unlocked.

2. Guaranteed Refund Scenarios (100% Full Refund)

We provide full unconditional refunds in the following verified cases:

• Technical Unlock Failure: Amount was deducted from your bank/UPI account, but the premium pack failed to unlock in your dashboard due to a server or webhook sync issue.
• Duplicate Transaction: You were charged more than once for the identical pack due to a gateway timeout or network glitch.
• Unaccessed Accidental Purchase: Refund requested within 24 hours of purchase provided the test has not been started and content has not been downloaded.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

To request a refund, simply email apexgovtprep@gmail.com with your registered email address and your Razorpay Payment ID (e.g. pay_xxxxxx).

Our support team reviews requests within 24 to 48 hours. Once approved, the refund is initiated directly via Razorpay to your original source account (UPI, Debit Card, Net Banking) and reflects within 5 to 7 business days as per standard banking protocol.

4. No Auto-Renewal Subscriptions

We do not use recurring recurring subscriptions or auto-debit mandates. You will never be charged without your active authorization.
